MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 90
TPC to notify parties that it must arbitrate the dispute
90. After the end of the 21 day period referred to in section 88, the TPC must
notify the parties to the access dispute that, subject to this Part, it is
required to arbitrate the dispute under this Part.
