NAVIGATION ACT 2012 (NO. 128, 2012) - SECT 151
Vessels to which this Chapter applies
This Chapter applies to:
(a) regulated Australian vessels; and
(b) foreign vessels; and
(c) such other vessels as are prescribed by the regulations.
