Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) AMSA or an officer of Customs may release a detained vessel if AMSA or the officer of Customs is satisfied that its further detention is no longer necessary.
(2) AMSA or an officer of Customs may release a detained vessel subject to conditions if AMSA or the officer of Customs considers that it is appropriate to do so.
