NAVIGATION ACT 2012 (NO. 128, 2012) - SECT 62

             (1)  The owner of a vessel must provide or ensure the provision of free provisions to the vessel's seafarers.

             (2)  A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1).

Penalty:  10 penalty units.
