OFFSHORE PETROLEUM ACT 2006 (NO. 14, 2006) - SECT 58

                   For the purposes of this Part, laws include:

                     (a)  written laws; and

                     (b)  unwritten laws (for example, the common law); and

                     (c)  instruments having effect under laws.
