OFFSHORE PETROLEUM ACT 2006 (NO. 14, 2006) - SECT 8

                   For the purposes of this Act:

                     (a)  the space above or below an offshore area is taken to be in that area; and

                     (b)  the space above or below an area that is part of an offshore area is taken to be in that part.
