Commonwealth Numbered Acts

PUBLIC GOVERNANCE, PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 2013 (NO. 123, 2013) - SECT 63

             (1)  The Finance Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, waive an amount owing to the Commonwealth, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions on which an amount owing to the Commonwealth is to be paid to the Commonwealth.

             (2)  The waiver or modification must be in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the rules.

             (3)  To avoid doubt, an amount may be owing to the Commonwealth even if it is not yet due for payment.
