PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE (PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION) ACT 2015 (NO. 85, 2015) - SECT 31
Restriction on restructure, merger or acquisition of health benefits funds
A private health insurer must not change the health benefits fund to which a
policy of insurance is referable unless the change is made in accordance with
this Division.
