PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE (PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION) ACT 2015 (NO. 85, 2015) - SECT 98
Power to comply with a direction
A private health insurer has power to comply with a direction under
section 96 despite anything in its constitution or rules or any contract
or arrangement to which it is a party.
