QANTAS SALE ACT 1992 No. 196, 1992 - SECT 50

50. To avoid doubt, it is declared that the Trade Practices Act 1974 is to
apply to Qantas or a Qantas subsidiary as if Qantas or the Qantas subsidiary
were an incorporated company in which the Commonwealth did not have a
controlling interest.
