QANTAS SALE ACT 1992 No. 196, 1992 - SECT 6

6.(1) The Minister for Finance must, by notice in the Gazette, declare a
specified day to be the 100% sale day.

(2) The day to be specified in the notice under subsection (1) is the day
that, in the opinion of the Minister for Finance, is the first day after the
commencement of this Part on which voting shares in Qantas acquired by a
person, or persons, other than the Commonwealth or a nominee of the
Commonwealth, total 100% of the voting shares in Qantas.

(3) A notice under subsection (1) must be published within 14 days of the
specified day.
