SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 227

227. The object of this Part is to make provision for the grant of financial
assistance for certain superannuation entities that have suffered loss as a
result of fraudulent conduct or theft.
