SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 267
Commissioner may exercise powers of inspector
267. The Commissioner may exercise any of the powers of an inspector under
this Part and, if he or she does so, then, for the purposes of the exercise of
those powers by the Commissioner, a reference in this Part to an inspector is
taken to be a reference to the Commissioner.
