SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 343
Rules against perpetuities not to apply to superannuation entity
343. The rules of law relating to perpetuities do not apply, and are taken
never to have applied, to the trusts of any superannuation entity, whether the
entity was established before, or is established after, the commencement of
this section.
