SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 350
Concurrent operation of State/Territory laws
350. It is the intention of the Parliament that this Act is not to apply to
the exclusion of a law of a State or Territory to the extent that that law is
capable of operating concurrently with this Act.
