SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 377

377.(1) If a body corporate becomes the trustee of the Part 31 entity under
this Division, the body corporate must, as soon as practicable, give each
member of the entity a notice about the appointment.

(2) The notice is to be in a form approved by the Commissioner.

(3) The body corporate must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene this
section. Penalty: 250 penalty units.

(4) A contravention of subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the
appointment.
