SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 No. 78, 1993 - SECT 6
General administration of Act
6.(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commissioner has the general
administration of this Act.
(2) The Minister may give directions to the Commissioner about the performance
or exercise of the Commissioner's functions or powers under this Act.
