THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 204 of 1991 - SECT 9

9. After section 22 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in
Division 1 of Part 3: False statements in applications for registration

"22A. A person must not, in or in connection with an application for
registration of therapeutic goods, knowingly or recklessly make a statement
that is false or misleading in a material particular. Penalty: $40,000.".
