TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 117

Application to have claims to interest etc. recorded
117. (1) If:

   (a)  a person has applied for the registration of a trade mark; and

   (b)  another person claims to have an interest in, or a right in respect
        of, the trade mark; they may together apply to the Registrar for a
        record to be kept of the other person's claim.

(2) The application must be in an approved form and must be filed in
accordance with the regulations. Note: For approved form and file see
section 6.
