TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 131
Object of Part
131. The object of this Part is to protect registered trade marks by making
provision allowing the Comptroller to seize and deal with goods that are
imported into Australia if the importation infringes, or appears to infringe,
a registered trade mark.
