TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 149

Penalty for offence under section 145, 146, 147 or 148 
149. A person guilty of an offence under section 145, 146, 147 or 148 is
punishable on conviction by:

   (a)  a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units; or

   (b)  imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years; or

   (c)  by both a fine and a term of imprisonment. Note: The Reader's Guide
        gives information about penalties (see the paragraphs under the
        subheading Crimes Act 1914).
