TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 168

168. This Part:

   (a)  defines a certification trade mark; and

   (b)  provides to what extent, and subject to what modifications or
        additions, the provisions of this Act relating to trade marks apply to
        certification trade marks; and

   (c)  outlines the role of the Commission in the regulation of certification
        trade marks.
