TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 18

18. (1) The regulations may provide that a sign specified in the regulations
is not to be used as a trade mark or as part of a trade mark.

(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) do not affect any trade mark that:

   (a)  was a registered trade mark; or

   (b)  in the case of an unregistered trade mark-was being used in good
        faith; immediately before the regulations were registered under the
        Legislative Instruments Act 1995. Note: For registered trade mark see
