TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 257

The Registrar and Deputy Registrar 
257. Persons holding office as Registrar of Trade Marks and Deputy Registrar
of Trade Marks immediately before 1 January 1996 continue to hold those
respective offices on and after that day.
