TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 31
Registrar to examine, and report on, application
31. The Registrar must, in accordance with the regulations, examine and report
on:
(a) whether the application has been made in accordance with this Act; and
(b) whether there are grounds under Division 2 for rejecting it.
