TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 71

71. When a trade mark has been registered, the Registrar must:

   (a)  advertise the registration in the Official Journal; and

   (b)  give to the registered owner of the trade mark a certificate of
        registration in an approved form. Note: For registered owner and
        approved form see section 6.
