TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 86

Amendment or cancellation on ground of contravention of condition etc.
86. A prescribed court may, on the application of an aggrieved person, order
that the Register be rectified by:

   (a)  cancelling the registration of a trade mark; or

   (b)  removing or amending any entry in the Register relating to the trade
        mark; on the ground that a condition or limitation entered in the
        Register in relation to the trade mark has been contravened. Note: For
        prescribed court see section 190.
