TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 104

104. The regulations may make provision-

   (a)  for securing, by means of preliminary statements of facts and
        contentions, and by the production of documents, that all material
        facts and considerations are brought before the Tribunal by all
        persons participating in any proceedings before the Tribunal; and

   (b)  with respect to the representation in any such proceedings of persons
        having a common interest in the proceedings.
