TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 119

Clerk to file particulars.
119. (1) Where particulars of an agreement, or of a variation or determination
of an agreement, are duly furnished to the Clerk in accordance with this
Division, or where those particulars are duly furnished except that the time
allowed for furnishing the particulars has expired, the Clerk shall file the
document containing the particulars in a repository of such documents to be
kept by him.

(2) The Clerk shall keep such records and indexes of documents received by him
under this Division as he thinks necessary or as the Minister directs.
