TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 136

Failure to comply with undertaking to be contempt of Tribunal.
136. A person who-

   (a)  fails to comply with an undertaking given to the Tribunal under this
        Part;

   (b)  aids, abets, counsels or procures, or is in any way directly or
        indirectly knowingly concerned in, or party to, a failure to comply
        with such an undertaking; or

   (c)  does an act or thing with the intention of evading or frustrating such
        an undertaking or causing or encouraging the evasion or frustration of
        such an undertaking, is guilty of a contempt of the Tribunal.
