TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 14
Retirement.
14. The termination of the appointment of the Chairman or of a full-time
member of the Commission by reason of physical or mental incapacity shall be
deemed, for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1922-1973, to be retirement
on the ground of invalidity.
