TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 153

Extension of section 121. 
153. The application of section 121 of this Act extends to information and
documents referred to in section 90L of the Trade Practices Act 1965-1971 or
section 115 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1971-1973.
