TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 159

Incriminating answers.
159. (1) A person appearing before the Tribunal or the Commission to give
evidence or produce documents (including a person appearing before the
Commission under section 155) is not excused from answering a question, or
producing a document, on the ground that the answer to the question, or the
document, may tend to incriminate him.

(2) Evidence given by a person before the Tribunal or the Commission is not
admissible against him in any criminal proceedings other than proceedings for
offences against this Part.
