TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 164
Proceedings by Commission to be in its official name.
164. Where this Act provides that the Commission may make an application to,
or institute any other proceeding in, a court, the Commission may make that
application or institute that proceeding in the official name of the
Commission.
