TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 25

25. (1) The Commission may, by resolution, delegate to a member of the
Commission, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of
delegation, any of its powers under this Act, other than this power of
delegation and its powers to grant, revoke or vary an authorization.

(2) A power so delegated may be exercised or performed by the delegate in
accordance with the instrument of delegation.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power by the Commission.
