TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 77
Civil action for recovery of pecuniary penalties.
77. (1) The Attorney-General or the Commission may institute a proceeding in
the Court for the recovery on behalf of Australia of a pecuniary penalty
referred to in section 76.
(2) A proceeding under sub-section (1) may be commenced within 6 years after
the contravention.
