WATER ACT 2007 (NO. 137, 2007) - SECT 57
Water resource plan adopted under section 69 is a legislative instrument
A water resource plan adopted under section 69:
(a) is a legislative instrument; and
(b) is taken to be made by the Minister on the day on which the Minister
adopts the plan under section 69.
