WORKPLACE RELATIONS AMENDMENT (TRANSITION TO FORWARD WITH FAIRNESS) ACT 2008 (NO. 8, 2008) - SCHEDULE 7

Workplace Relations Act 1996

1  Paragraph 6(c) of Schedule 10

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

                     (c)  in any other case--at the end of:

                              (i)  unless paragraph (b) applies, 31 December 2009; or

                             (ii)  if a later date is prescribed by the regulations--that later date.
