Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code , the organisation known as al-Qa'ida in the Indian Subcontinent is specified.
(2) Al-Qa'ida in the Indian Subcontinent is also known by the name AQIS.
