CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 379 - REG 2
2. New regulation 31A
2.1 After regulation 31, insert: Goods exempted under paragraph 68 (1) (i) of
the Act
"31A. For paragraph 68 (1) (i) of the Act, goods mentioned in subregulations
125A (2) to (5) (inclusive) are exempted from section 68.
"[NOTE: Section 68 deals with the entry requirements for imported goods.]".
