EXTRADITION (HONG KONG) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 123 - REG 3

3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Surrender Agreement" means the Agreement for the Surrender of Accused and
Convicted Persons between the Government of Australia and the Government of
Hong Kong, a copy of which is set out in the Schedule.
