4. Regulation 2 (Interpretation)
4.1 Insert the following definitions:
" 'company limited by guarantee' has the same meaning as in the Corporations
Law;
'TAS' means a tuition assurance scheme within the meaning of section 7A of the
Act;
'TAS operator' means a company that operates a TAS;
'unlimited company' has the same meaning as in the Corporations Law;".
