1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 11.19

19. Where a proceeding commenced by application supported by statement of
claim continues on pleadings after the directions hearing, or at the
directions hearing it is ordered that the proceeding continue on pleadings,
the times for filing and serving pleadings shall, unless the Court otherwise
directs, be in accordance with rules 20 to 23 of this Order.
