1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 12.4

4. (1) Where a party pleading claims damages which include moneys which he has
paid or is liable to pay, he shall give particulars of those moneys.

(2) Where a party pleading claims exemplary damages, he shall give particulars
of the facts and matters on which he relies to establish that claim.
