1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 15.13

13. (1) The Court may, at any stage of any proceeding, order any party to
produce to the Court any document in his possession, custody or power relating
to any matter in question in the proceeding.

(2) Upon production of a document to the Court pursuant to an order under
sub-rule (1), the Court may deal with the document in such manner as the Court
thinks fit.
