1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 18.1

Voluntary admission
1. (1) A party to a proceeding may, by notice served on another party, admit,
in favour of the other party but for the purpose of the proceeding only, the
facts specified in the notice.

(2) A party may, with the leave of the Court, withdraw an admission under
sub-rule (1).
