1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 22.4
Withdrawal of defence reply, &c.-Form 30
4. (1) A party raising any matter in a defence or subsequent pleading may
withdraw that matter at any time.
(2) Sub-rule (1) does not enable a party to withdraw, without the consent of
another party or the leave of the Court, an admission or any other matter
operating for the benefit of that other party.
