1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 23.1

Interpretation 
1. In this Order, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or
requires-
    " cause of action " means a cause of action for the recovery of debt or
damages; and
    " trial " includes the hearing of a motion for judgment.
