1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 24.6

Examination of additional persons
6. The examiner may, with the consent in writing of each party to the
proceeding, take the examination of any person in addition to the person named
or provided for in the order for examination and, if he does so, he shall
annex to the deposition of that person the consent of each of the parties.
