1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 25.1

Order before commencement of proceeding
1. In an urgent case, the Court or a Judge may, on the application of a person
who intends to commence a proceeding-

   (a)  grant an injunction;

   (b)  appoint a receiver; or

   (c)  make an order under rule 2, to the same extent, as if the applicant
        had commenced the proceeding and the application were made in the
        proceeding and whether or not the party against whom relief is sought
        has been given notice of the application.
